Gemini Parks have long been know as a power-pop band using mostly the traditional lineup of rock instruments. However, the latest single most certainly has a heavy hip hop influence. On the track we are hearing a drum machine backing, synths flushing out the main sound, and even a lyrical cadence that borders on rapping. Are you a fan on this new direction and would you like to see more, or would you rather have them return the roots they explored on their previous albumns?
